ALL COMMUNICATION REGARDING YOUR ORDER IS THROUGH EMAIL. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS ON THE ORDER FORM IS CORRECT.
All orders must be placed through our website. Our website server tracks all inventory and updates the counts after each order.
We do not take any phone or e-mail orders. This is to protect both the credit card holder and Premier Award Group Inc, dba Premier Crowns against any possible mishandling of your credit card information. We do not 'see' your credit card information submitted through the website. Our on-line shopping cart and credit card processor are secured.
Our online store is always open.
We do not have a minimum required for orders with the exception of "FREE SHIPPING" orders.
- You will receive an e-mail confirmation from the website.
- Once payment is received you will receive a confirmation e-mail from either PayPal or the credit card merchant service.
- If you do not receive a payment confirmation e-mail, your payment did not go through and the order will not be processed or shipped
- Once your order ships, you will receive an e-mail with the shipping status and tracking number
- You can check the status of your order or retrieve your tracking number from the website under "my account".
- Orders placed without payment, will be canceled 24 hours later unless prior arrangements are made with a Premier Crowns associate.
Our website automatically updates the inventory counts after each order. If the product has an "in stock" quantity, that is the exact number we have in stock. This mainly applies to crowns and clearance items. We also manually take inventory every other month to double check the in stock numbers. Therefore, if a crown has an in stock quantity of 5, we have 5 that can ship out right away.
We occasionally run across a crown that is broken while we are pulling your order. Since we will not send out an item that we would not buy ourselves, we will contact you for a replacement choice. If we are unable to contact you and the item must be shipped right away to meet your need by date, we will select a similar product with equal or greater value.
Items without in stock numbers are produced in our shop and have unlimited quantities.
Trophies are shipped fully assembled with the exception of large trophies. Larger trophies are shipped with their top section separated. Assembling the top piece just requires you to insert the piece into the trophy and screwing in one nut. This is to prevent any breakage during shipping. The top piece is assembled in a way that it will not come apart once you remove the nut to put it on the trophy. This is helpful not only to yourself, but in case your recipient needs to take it apart to get it home.
Trophy tags (or plates) are also shipped separately to prevent scratching of the tag by the wrapping paper. These are self adhesive tags and are easy to place on the trophy. This also allows you to re-use the trophy if need be. We do sell trophy tags by themselves. They are available under the link "trophy plates" on the website.
Trophy tags are laser engraved. Engraving is included in the price of the trophy with 2 lines available. We do not limit the number of characters per line, however, the more text placed on each line, the smaller the words will be.
All trophy figures are plastic unless specified in the product description.
Engraving and Customization
Please check your engraving and customization carefully on your order. Our engraver, sash printer, and other production equipment receives your information directly from your order form. Some misspellings may be automatically corrected however we will not be held responsible for any incorrect customization entered during the ordering process. Please do not rely on our equipment to correct any misspellings, punctuation errors, or other mistakes entered in the fields during ordering.
We post our current production schedule on the front page of our website. We update this daily and as needed according to our work load. Please check this before submitting your order. Production time does not include shipping transit time.
All orders are processed in the order they are received. Please include the "need by" date on your order. We strive to have all orders fulfilled and delivered by your need by date. Please do not put "asap" as your need by date, this will not move your order up in line. We do provide rush service for last minute orders.
All orders are processed Mon-Fri. Orders placed after 2pm (est) on Friday and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
Trophies - 3 to 5 working days, depending on size of order. MOST orders ship out sooner than this but please allow this time for large orders.
Crowns - Crown only orders can ship out same day if order is placed by 2:00 PM (EST)
Sashes - 2 to 3 working days, depending on size of the order. MOST orders ship out sooner than this but please allow this time for large orders.
Cotton and Satin backed sashes - These are made to order in our shop. Average production time is 5 working days, depending on the size of your order. Larger orders may require more time.
Medals, Plaques, Ribbons and other items - 2 to 3 working days, depending on size of the order. MOST orders ship out sooner than this but please allow this time for large orders.
Production times listed does not include shipping times. You will select your shipping times during check out.
Please be sure to include your "Need by date" during the ordering process.
We do provide rush processing. Rush processing, if selected, will move your order to priority processing. Rush orders usually ship out within 24 hours. To add Rush Processing to your order, click on the "RUSH SERVICE" link at the top of each page. Rush processing does not include shipping times. This is just to have your order processed and fulfilled asap and receive priority attention.

Cash Payments are accepted for Pick Up orders at our Georgia warehouse. Cash discounts may be available for pick up order.
Payment Plans - We can arrange payment plans for large orders. Just e-mail us your request and we will set up a personal plan for you. Production will not begin on your order until a deposit is made and the order will not ship until all payments are made.
Due to insurance regulations, we only ship to the US and Canada.
We can drop ship your order to your recipient. Please include their address in the ship to field. Please use their full name. Please do not include "Queen" or "Princess" before their name as this can cause a delay in delivery. We do not include invoices or pricing information to drop shipped orders.
We can also ship your order directly to the location of the event.
FREE SHIPPING - We offer free shipping for orders over $250. This shipping can be by UPS or the Post Office (our choice) with tracking provided. Free Shipping is 3-5 days depending on the destination. There are a few restrictions on the free shipping option.

IN STORE PICK UP
We offer in store pick up for our local customers. Please do not select this shipping option unless you are indeed picking up your order. If you accidentally select this option, we will email you with shipping options. An invoice will be emailed for the shipping fees which will need to be paid before production begins. We will not automatically ship "In store pick up" orders without paid shipping fees regardless of the need by date.
We ship out all orders as quickly as possible.
Once your order has shipped, you will be e-mailed the tracking number. Please track your packages through the carrier's website. Premier Award Group Inc dba Premier Crowns and Trophies will not be held responsible for any delays caused by weather, incorrect addresses, or other shipping carrier issues.
Several shipping options are available for your needs.
All shipping rates are "Live" directly from the carrier, i.e. UPS or USPS. We do not charge any additional fees over the carrier's rates. Shipping fees are based on the weight of the order, box size and destination.
- USPS of course does not guarantee any deliver times or days. However, 98% get delivered in a timely manner. Also 99.99% get delivered within 7 business days because they get sorted incorrectly. And USPS does not refund any shipping unless the package is never delivered. Claims can not be conducted until 15 business days have passed from original shipment date.
- If USPS delays your shipment, 1st call your local postmaster with tracking number to inquire. Also enter notification updates on USPS website when tracking your package. If delays force you to reorder, feel free to return the original package once delivered. Premier does not accept any responsibility for USPS delays. The customer has to bear the responsibility of choosing USPS vs. UPS and accept the way each handles delays.
- With UPS, you pay more and they guarantee their delivery times or refund the freight amount. They hit their delivery time 99.9% of the time. If a package is mis-routed or delayed they generally know where the package is and exactly when it will be delivered.
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
Once you have received your order, please open it immediately and inspect the order for any damages or issues. Premier Crowns will not be responsible for any damages or issues with the order after 72 hours of receiving the order.
The majority of our items are fragile and should be handled with care while unpacking your order or transporting the order to another location.
We pack all orders carefully to prevent damages and triple check the order before sealing the box. However, damages can happen. We will gladly replace any damaged crowns if reported within 72 hours of receiving your order. If you have any damages or issues with the order, send us an e-mail or call us. If we are closed, please leave a voice mail to document the damage. We will contact you to arrange a replacement.
DAMAGED TROPHIES - We will send out replacement parts for any damaged items. We do not send out a new trophy as the damaged parts can be replaced easily by the recipient. If you want to send back the whole trophy for us to repair the damages, you can do so at your expense (shipping fees). Once we receive the damaged item, we will repair the damages and send it back. No time frame will be given for the repairs.
Before a replacement can be sent, we need documentation of the damages for insurance purposes. We need photos of the damages and a photo of the box containing the order. Damaged items must be returned to us unless notified otherwise. Please contact us for a RA number to return any damaged items. WE WILL NOT SEND OUT REPLACEMENT CROWNS UNTIL THE DAMAGED ITEM IS RECEIVED.
We do not accept returns on any undamaged items.
We do not accept returns on any merchandise unless it is damaged during shipping, with the exception of crowns. Please read our return policy for more information regarding crown returns.
To file a claim for a damaged item, follow the steps below.
1. Order must be opened and inspected within 72 hours of delivery.
2. Any damages or issues with the order must be reported to us during this 72 hours. You can either e-mail us or call us. If after business hours, please leave a message as this will qualify for reporting requirements.
3. Please e-mail photos of any damaged items and the box.
4. For Trophy damaged items - we will send replacement parts along with instructions to change out the broken part.
5. For damaged crowns - the crown must be returned to us. We will reimburse you for the return shipping. Once we receive the damaged item, we can either send out a replacement or issue a refund, your choice.
6. Any and all other damaged items will be handled on a case by case basis.
7. Trophies, medals, sashes or other custom items are NOT eligible for returns.
