New Returns Policy
Return Privileges and Refund Policy: Premier Award Group Inc. offers a 30 day return privilege for CROWNS ONLY.
Crowns must be in original packaging (each crown is in individually wrapped in plastic), unused, and in resaleable condition.
A return authorization must be obtained before returning any crown. Please e-mail for return authorization number.
We recommend you send your return via a trackable service such as parcel post with delivery confirmation or UPS and insure it for your own protection as we can not be responsible for lost or damaged parcels. Be sure to maintain a copy of any tracking numbers in your records in case you need to contact us. Return shipping fees will be paid by customer and not reimbursed by Premier Award Group Inc. dba Premier Crowns.
Allow 5 business days for your return to be processed. Refunds, minus restocking fees, will be made in the manner of original payment. For credit cards, please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for your refund to appear on your statement.
The following items are not returnable:
Trophies, medals, plaques, sashes, t-shirts, custom-made and made to order merchandise, special orders, personalized items, engraved items, and items identified as clearance or no returns. only crowns in new condition and unopened are returnable.
Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is damaged or defective immediately. Failure to report problem within 72 hours of receiving merchandise could void return privilege. Replacement items will be shipped by a carrier and service of our discretion.
